LAAERS to 2.1 patch

This patch updates the v2.0 LAAERS wagon to v2.1. You need only use this patch if you have v2.0 installed. Everything in the patch is already included in the v2.1 release.

Deze patch werkt de originele v2.0 LAAERS wagon bij naar v2.1. U hoeft deze patch alleen te gebruiken als u v2.0 hebt geïnstalleerd. Alles in de patch is al opgenomen in de versie v2.1.
