NS VIRM/IRM v6.0.0 OR v6.0.1 to v6.0.2 patch

This patch updates the v6.0.0 OR v6.0.1 NS VIRM/IRM to v6.0.2. You need only use this patch if you have v6.0.0 or v6.0.1 installed. Everything in the patch is already included in the v6.0.2 release.

Deze patch werkt de originele v6.0.0 OF v6.0.1 NS VIRM/IRM bij naar v6.0.1. U hoeft deze patch alleen te gebruiken als u v6.0.0 OF v6.0.1 hebt geïnstalleerd. Alles in de patch is al opgenomen in de versie  v6.0.2.

• Restores the missing, fictional Amsterdam-Koln Express version
• Fixes a problem for rolling start scenarios where the ATB needle would not correctly show the ATB speed limit
• Adjusts names of destinations for Beerdrechtse Velden route
• Adds the missing cab dome light back in to the VIRMm cabview
