Important trademark statement

All trademarks and brands used on ChrisTrains models (the "products"), including the "Nederlandse Spoorwegen" name and logo (), are used in good faith under nominative fair use.

The trademarks and brands are used as many of the Products are not readily identifiable without using the logos and marks. The Products use only so much of the logo or mark as reasonably necessary to identify it.

Chris Longhurst ("the author") does not seek to dilute, blur or tarnish the trademarks, nor claim ownership of the trademarks.

The use of the trademarks does not indicate sponsorship or endorsement (official or otherwise) of the products by the trademark holders.

ChrisTrains is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nederlandse Spoorwegen.
